Get to Know You Package

Like when hiring an employee for your business, when choosing a Virtual Assistant, it is important that they are the right fit for you and your business. Similar to a probation period, we believe it can take around three months to get to know your Virtual Assistant and decide whether you are happy with the standard of the work they complete for you. Therefore, in order for you to get to know your Virtual Assistant, we have a ‘Get to Know You’ package.

How it works: 

Within this package you will have three months to use a months’ worth of hours. This could be 10, 20 or 40 hours of support. This will provide you with enough time to get to know your Virtual Assistant and create effective working procedures before you decide if you would like to continue working with us.

If you are happy with the work provided by our Virtual Assistants and would like to continue working with us, then you can move to a Standard (10 hours), Professional (20 hours) or Executive (40 hours) monthly retainer package. As a thank you for signing up to our monthly retainer package, we will give you a 10% discount off your first month with us!

If you do not wish to continue, then your package will be finished as soon as you have used all your hours or at the end of the three months. You will not be charged any additional fees to cancel.
