We charge an hourly rate of £25.00 with a minimum invoice charge of £12.50. We track the time of the task and the work we carry out will be fully itemised on the invoice.
The hourly rate does not include additional extras such as postage and envelopes. The travel costs for the travel booking service will be invoiced separately on top of the hourly rate.
All work will be charged with 7 days payment terms applicable.
Why not take a look at our monthly packages of 10 hours or more a month if you require our services on a more regular basis – Our packages are designed to help you budget more effectively and ensure you get the most out of your admin support. Please note that we do not roll over any unused hours but will notify you on a weekly basis how many unused hours you have left for that month.

Once you have decided on a package we will invoice you 50% of the first month with the final 50% invoiced at the end of the month. Once we receive your 50% deposit we will start work. The following monthly invoices will be invoiced at the end of each month with 7 days payment terms.
